Hello, I'm Michelle, your photographer. Writing any kind of excerpt about myself is a challenge. So I'll keep this short and sweet.

I've always been a creative soul and take joy in everything beautiful. Looking back I see this in myself as early as childhood, where I would take great time and pride in arranging my stuffies and dolls 'just so' in my bedroom, then taking a Polaroid of my work. Everything had its perfect place from each piece of Lego to my bedroom furniture; arranging and re-arranging everything over and over until it looked stunning, and was placed with purpose. What I realize now is this behavior was the beginnings of my visual arts and creative skill development.

Fast forward twenty five years, now with a DSL camera, a thorough understanding of light and knowing what looks good (composition), you have me. As a photographer I bring a decade of experience to your session and I notice everything, especially those fine details. Authentic portraiture is all about ensuring you have the opportunity to be yourself in session and allowing your unique personality to flourish, all while I'm guiding you into your portrait position. It is such an honor to be asked to collaborate together to create your personal masterpieces. To witness love between family members, watch newborns become babies and babies grow up to be big kids, and all those other special moments in your life. It is such a joy to say this is what I do. And new adventures await as I adopt drone and real estate photography services to my repertoire.
